Need a Seller Disclosure Statement? We’ve Got It Covered
From 1 August 2025, Queensland sellers must provide a Seller Disclosure Statement before
a buyer signs the contract. If the statement is missing or incomplete, the buyer may be able
to terminate the contract—right up to settlement.
